Our store is providing a Click & Collect service with safe contactless collection from store.

The measures we have in place are to protect both our colleagues and customers and we ask that all customers respect these safety measures when collecting orders from store. 

All items are in stock and will be available to collect within approx. 20 minutes of placing your order (when store is open). 

Click and Collect orders placed outside of store opening hours will be available when the store is next open.

We calculate the lowest possible shipping costs based on the weight of your individual order,

YOU ARE ALLOWED TO ORDER & PAY FOR YOUR ORDER ONLINE & THEN CALL & COLLECT FACE TO FACE. 

YOU ARE STILL ALLOWED TO PURCHASE ALL THE OTHER ACCESSORIES. 

To have a air gun sent to us for collection from us we charge £25 per gun for Admin 

To have a Barrel or silencer sent to us for collection from us we charge £10 

Any work undertaken as a ‘special order’ can not be cancelled or returned once work has commenced or order has been despatched 

All items must be paid for prior to despatch and any refunds will be processed upon receipt of the item unused and in the original packaging and in perfect re-saleable condition. 

If the item is not faulty and is as ordered we reserve the right to refuse to refund but may replace or substitute by arrangement. 

In other words we do not cater for change of mind, try before you buy ? at our cost  

All Goods are shipped the same working day, if orders have been placed before our carriers collection time.

Working days are Monday To Friday, any orders placed on Friday after cut of time or Saturday or Sunday will be sent out on Monday 

We will send your order by Royal Mail or Courier Tracked delivery service. 

Your order should arrive up to 1 to 2 working days after we have confirmed it by email. With tracking number 

Your sent order confirmation will have a tracking number and you can use this to stay on top of your order on the Couriers website. 

Please note you or a member of your household will have to be in when your order arrives. 

If you are not in the Courier may try to leave it with a neighbour. 

If this is not possible, the Courier will leave a card, letting you know which local delivery office you will need to collect it from. 

All delivery's are made to a property address not a person or name. 

You Should Receive a Tracking Number by EMAIL or TEXT from us so you can check status of your delivery before 5pm on the day we send your order 

If your order is sent by DHL COURIERS you should get a email in the morning sent by our courier giving you a 1 hour slot with time of arrival allowing you to go out and not have to stay in all day waiting for your parcel to arrive just be back for the time shown 

They will only make 2 attempts to deliver the parcel after 2 attempts they will return the parcel back to us

You will then be responsible for the postage cost to re-send the order back to you

If you no longer want the order after it has been returned back to us a refund of the products ordered only will be paid back to you minus the postage cost as this was attempted by the courier

We do not allow to be left in bins, round the back, or anything else like this as all parcels need to be received by some one at the property

PLEASE NOTE 

All Parcels have to be signed for so if you will be working or going out please have your order sent to your trusted work place, trusted friends, family or leave a comment in comment box to leave the parcel with a trusted neighbour as all delivery's are made to a property address not a person or name. 

If you still miss the courier they will leave a card so phone the number on the card to arrange a day to suit you 

Orders place after cut off times below will go out next working day 

For HEAVY OR LONG PARCELS over 1kg or over 45cm, 17.5 inches long (1pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday ) sent by DHL COURIERS 

For LIGHTER PARCELS up to 1kg but under 45cm, 17.5 inches long (2:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday) & ( 11:30am on Thursday ). sent by ROYAL MAIL 

Customers paying by cheque will have their goods shipped following receipt & clearance of funds. 

Our software will automatically calculate shipping and handling charges for all normal orders.

Open to the public to walk around & must be 18 years old or over to buy some of the products we sell in store and may be asked to show ID 

We would prefer if large orders could be phoned through prior to collection in order that we are able to ensure stock availability and have all paperwork prepared. 

There is NO minimum order value for orders paid with cash. 

There is a minimum order value of £5.00 if orders paid with Credit Card. 

Please note: We don't take cheques instore. 

Signing for Goods 

When goods arrive it is ESSENTIAL that you check them thoroughly, if a pack is damaged or there appears to be items missing you MUST SIGN THE PAPERWORK ACCORDINGLY 

we cannot be held responsible for shortages or damaged goods that have been signed for in full and as in good condition 

I know that sometimes the drivers of the carrier companies seem to be in a hurry but do not be bullied, these are your goods and they should be delivered to you, as you would want. 

We cannot be held responsible for any postal or courier delays beyond our control.

Please allow 1 extra working day before contacting us as we send them on next day delivery but it can sometimes take 2 or 3 working days by courier of which is still a great service and up to 15 working days by royal mail normally 1 or 2 days. 

Returns 

In the event of a product being faulty by nature of poor manufacture or incorrect goods having been supplied we will be happy to exchange the item or refund the invoice in full. 

If the goods have been supplied as ordered but simply prove unsuitable or no longer required, we will be happy to refund the invoice less the carriage costs, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods as well as ensuring that the goods are returned in their original packaging and suitable for resale. 

We will notify you when we are in receipt of the item at our premises. 

A refund will be issued for returned items within 14 days of receipt of goods. 

We strongly recommend that if you are returning goods you send them by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or carrier not Special Delivery in order to obtain a proof of postage. 

Nothing in these statements affects your statutory rights.

VAT is charged at 20% and is included in our prices .

Out Of Stock Items 

1. If your item is not in stock we will refund your order & let you know the item you ordered is out of stock. 

2. If you placed a larger order & 1 or 2 items are out of stock we will refund the cost of items out of stock & send rest of order of items that are in stock. 

If you would want us to contact you before refunding your order on out of stock items please let us know this during checkout in comment box and we will try and contact you, if we cant get hold of you we will use step 1 or 2 above

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet .

Cancelling Your Order 
You can cancel your order at any time but chargers may apply.

If you cancel before we have started wrapping your order " NO CHARGE " 

If you cancel after your order has been wrapped " £1.00 CHARGE " 

If you cancel after your order has been wrapped and been booked for pickup by our couriers up to " £8.33 plus vat CHARGE " 

If you cancel your order after we have dispatched your order you will be responsible for cost of us sending to you and cost to send back to us and we will only refund cost of items ordered
